Terms of Return and Exchange

يمكنك الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 3 يوماً من تاريخ استلام المنتج مع تقديم فاتورة الشراء الأصلية ومراعاة الشروط والأحكام التالية:

You can return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the product by providing the original purchase invoice and observing the following terms and conditions:

١. المنتجات القابلة للإرجاع

1. Returnable Products

✅ يمكن إرجاع جميع المنتجات باستثناء:

✅ All products can be returned EXCEPT:

المنتجات التي يتم قصها بالمقاس (أسلاك كهربائية، كيابل، خراطيم المياه، الأنابيب)
Products sold by measurement (electrical wires, cables, water hoses, pipes)
البخاخات والسبراي بجميع أنواعها (بعد الفتح)
Sprayers and spray cans of all kinds (after opening)
السيليكون والمواد اللاصقة (بعد الفتح)
Silicone and adhesives (after opening)
السوائل بجميع أنواعها (دهانات، كيماويات، زيوت) بعد الفتح
All liquids (paints, chemicals, oils) after opening
المنتجات المخصصة أو المطلوبة حسب الطلب
Customized or made-to-order products
معدات السلامة الشخصية (قفازات، كمامات) بعد الفتح
Personal safety equipment (gloves, masks) after opening

يجب أن يكون المنتج المرتجع:

The returned product must be:

✅ بحالته الأصلية - غير مستخدم وغير تالف

In original condition - unused and undamaged

✅ في التغليف الأصلي للمصنع - مع جميع الملصقات والأختام

In original manufacturer packaging - with all labels and seals

✅ مع جميع الملحقات - الصندوق، دليل الاستخدام، الإكسسوارات، الهدايا المرفقة

With all accessories - box, manual, accessories, attached gifts

✅ مع فاتورة الشراء الأصلية

With original purchase invoice

3. Special Return Cases

أ) منتجات "كما هي" (As-Is Products)

⚠️ المنتجات المباعة "كما هي":

يتم الإفصاح عن حالتها قبل الشراء
السعر مخفض بسبب عيوب ظاهرة أو تغليف تالف
لا يمكن إرجاعها إلا في حالة عيب غير مُفصح عنه
الضمان محدود أو ملغى (يتم التوضيح عند الشراء)

⚠️ "As-Is" Products:

Condition disclosed before purchase
Reduced price due to visible defects or damaged packaging
Cannot be returned except for undisclosed defects
Limited or no warranty (clarified at purchase)

ب) منتجات معيبة أو خاطئة

✅ إذا استلمت منتجاً معيباً أو مختلفاً عن المطلوب:

يحق لك الإرجاع الكامل بدون أي تكاليف
نتحمل نحن جميع تكاليف الشحن
استبدال فوري أو استرداد كامل

✅ If you receive a defective or wrong product:

Full return right at no cost
We bear all shipping costs
Immediate replacement or full refund

الحالة الثانية: تغيير الرأي

Case 2: Change of Mind

💵 العميل يتحمل تكاليف الشحن - Customer Pays Shipping

إذا كنت ترغب في الإرجاع بدون عيب في المنتج:

يتم خصم تكلفة الشحن من المبلغ المسترد
تكلفة الشحن حسب الموقع والوزن (20-100ريال)
يمكنك إرجاع المنتج بنفسك إلى الفرع لتجنب رسوم الشحن

If you wish to return without product defect:

Shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount
Shipping cost depends on location and weight (30-100 SAR)
You can return in person to branch to avoid shipping fees

عند قبول الإرجاع، يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية:

Upon return acceptance, refund is processed using original payment method:

✅ الدفع النقدي ← استرداد نقدي فوري

Cash Payment ← Immediate cash refund

✅ بطاقة ائتمان/مدى ← استرداد خلال ٧-١٤ يوم عمل

Credit/Mada Card ← Refund within 7-14 business days

✅ تحويل بنكي ← استرداد خلال ٥-٧ أيام عمل

Bank Transfer ← Refund within 5-7 business days

⚠️ ملاحظة: تكاليف الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالة المنتج المعيب

⚠️ Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective products

Does not cover misuse or intentional damage

ضمان الاسترجاع (٢١ يوم) / Return Guarantee (21 Days)

حتى بدون عيب، يمكنك الإرجاع خلال ٢١ يوم (مع خصم تكلفة الشحن)

Even without defect, you can return within 21 days (shipping cost deducted)
